Quads are the modern equivalent of a farmers horse. It can go almost anywhere, can pull heavy equipment and reliably survive the rigours of the hills and bogs of Cumbria.
These are serious pieces of kit and are an exciting challenge to operate. Think off road expeditioning, not rally buggies. Quads are a controlled technical sport - roll one of these and you will not be walking away
On the larger quads exploring the surrounding farmland, rocky moors, streams and boggy ground. Only adult sized quad bikes are suitable
Different route, smaller less heavy quads, great fun for teenagers. Adults can join the trek on adult sized quads. Ideal for children aged 12 to 15 years
A quad for younger members of the family, adults watch or go on their own trek. Ideal for children aged 6 to 11 years.
The quad venues have a wide range of activities that can be combined with quads to make a day of it.

Quad Trekking and Clay Pigeon Shooting is a great shoot and drive mix, experiencing Country Sports in the Lake District.
Quads and Clays are based at the same venue, so no need to drive between activities.

We have ghyll sccrambling less than half an hour drive away from the quads venues.
Ghyll scrambling is a great family activity seeing the water and rock environement while immersed in it.
